Jacob holds a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Puget Sound and is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

 

His passion for fitness began through his love of sports and developed as a varsity athlete on the soccer team at Grant High School, and continued during his time as a varsity athlete at the University of Puget Sound. His approach to fitness prioritizes programming that fits the specific goals and abilities of his clients while introducing them to a wide variety of exercise modalities including cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and flexibility, speed and agility, and plyometric training.

 

His mission as a personal trainer is to develop positive relationships with his clients, with the goal of helping them to integrate exercise and healthy living choices into the demands of everyday life. For his more experienced clients, he aims to help them reach their true athletic potential using smart, sport-specific training.
